"This State Farm office is a complete nightmare to deal with. I recommend that you use another State Farm office in the upstate besides Michael Robson or go with a completely different insurance company. I originally called Michael Robson office to inquire about auto insurance about a vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. I wound up not purchasing that vehicle so there was no reason to take the Auto policy out. They will not cancel the policy, even though I have told them to, I have received emails text messages and letters in the mail all last week and this week saying that policy is getting ready to lapse which could result in my drivers license being revoked. If they do not fix this issue in their computer system, it will automatically have my license suspended, and my future premiums on any auto policy will be triple because it’ll reflect on my driving record that I let a insurance policy lapse. I have called to the office several times and talked to Ashley. I have requested to talk to Michael. He will not return my phone call. They will not fix the issue and it has been a complete nightmare to deal with his office. If this issue is not resolved in the next few days. Their software will automatically report to the South Carolina DMV that I let the insurance policy lapse and will result in my license being suspended for a vehicle that I never purchased. I’m hoping that they will resolve this issue. Because if they don’t, it’ll be a complete nightmare, and a Financial burden on me in the future because of their lack of professionalism and attention to this to this matter."
